July 2026: Workspace Templates and Project Archiving
Four built in templates and project archives retain context after work ends.
New templates
Product Launch, Pricing Review, Research Synthesis, and Release Retrospective include suggested roles, input windows, and review questions. All can be edited freely.
Project archiving
Archived pages, decisions, and evidence remain searchable. Read only members can no longer add comments. Administrators can restore projects.
Other improvements
- Template previews show the fields they create.
- Project copies can exclude members and comments.
- Global search clearly marks archived pages.
