Method
Import notes, mark key quotations as excerpts, and add user roles, tasks, and context. Combine related excerpts into insights while retaining links to original records.
Create a decision page citing three relevant insights, with sample limits and uncertainty made explicit.
Team use
Design adds interpretations beside options, engineering records costs, and the product lead records a choice after input closes. A data review two weeks later links to the same page.
The research becomes evidence the team can cite, challenge, and update.
